Awakening Yoga is a modern yoga system, rooted in tradition. It provides a functional and practical approach to asana that is accessible to all bodies. Through my classes, I aim to target all the areas where cyclists need a little more TLC and help you find extra strength and control of your body to aid handling on the bike. As a former dancer, I love to explore movement through the body and share this through creative sequencing in my classes. This creates a space for you to show up for yourself with an inquisitive mind and gives space to explore.
